[There's a small cry from off screen,] Eevee!

[Mary picks the little creature up,] I don't know what kind of animal this is, how this device even works, or where I am. Would someone please explain? I truly need to get home.

Yo Omi!

[Jimmy whistles and turns his 'gear slightly as his Cubone ambles into view.]

That's my little buddy. He's a Cubone, but I just call him my dinosaur. He looks like one!

That's so cute!

Yeah, he's a cute little guy. [Omi raises his club and grunts. Jimmy laughs.] And a ferocious and scary guy, too, when he wants to be!

I never had a pet before, but these guys...I dunno, it's more than having a pet. They're real smart and stuff.

I know! Cassius really seems to try to answer me the best he can!

Yeah, they understand us pretty fine. I guess some of'em can even communicate so we understand them.

Really? What kinds can do that!?
